I booked a room with a comfy bed, a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a personal safe. Functional bathrooms, that included a bathtub, where cleaned daily. Location: the hotel was so close to downtown and the cable car and main plaza and Manizales. Found Govinda's Muy Natural close to the venue where I had supper...

The best aspect of my stay was the incredible laundry service offered at a reasonable price. They really went above and beyond to ensure that my clothes were cleaned to perfection. the hotel was extremely clean and had a modern layout that reminded me of the "IBIS" brand. the hot water in the shower was plentiful and the bed was super comfy, with fresh new sheets. I also appreciated the fact that there were three double accessible wall sockets in the room, making it easy to plug in all my devices.
One of the major drawbacks of the hotel was the noise. the traffic outside was incredibly loud and kept me up all night.

The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of the city, close to the cathedral and main plaza. The flexibility on check-out was super, they didn't mind that we were held up and late. The laundry service was jaw-dropping, the best I've ever experienced at a reasonable price. The hotel had the perfect "IBIS" feel, clean and modern with a comfy king-size bed and plenty of hot water. The room had a fridge with space for my things, not just stuff the hotel wants to sell. The staff was good, and the parking was convenient. a super comfortable and cheap stay with good TV and internet service.
